notes from the back of the book

sometemple is a labyrinth of static html pages. it can be opened with any browser and read in any direction. it does not collect anything or send anything anywhere. it remembers which rooms you have entered, and when, but only in your own browser.

it is constructed from a small set of building materials: a serif and a monospace typeface, a handful of unicode glyphs, and css. there are a few small javascripts in the rooms that need them — eye, time, word, number, corridor, ∅, you, breath, deeper — and even these run locally, in your browser.
