this is the door marked exit. the arrow, as is conventional, points further inside. the building builds itself around any door you choose to call an exit; this is the door that has agreed.

if you would prefer a true way out, the threshold remains where you left it. otherwise, see trapped, circle, or 04:00 for other rooms that pretend the same trick.

note: an exit is also a measurement of belief.
