open at the back. all four rooms in correct order. there are tiny chairs and one tiny stove. one of the upper rooms is lit, which is to say someone has painted the inside of its little window with thinned amber, decades ago, and the slope keeps the colour.
no inhabitants. they were lost earlier, and not replaced. the lit window looks out at the eaves.
field-note: the back is exactly large enough for a hand. a child's, then anyone's.
